Pohnpei, Federated States of Micronesia
A group of Christians on the island of Pohnpei had been given an old building to use as a church, but the church needed renovations to be useable. The building had been vacant in the jungle for several years and needed general renovations, including paint, electrical, ceiling renovations, and wooden benches for the congregants. The island of Pohnpei is very poor with an average daily wage of about $2-3 and the congregation would not have been able to make the renovations on their own, so Global Grace has funded the renovations.
